I like a lot OVER 9.5 stlouis/colorado...Kip wells is HORRIBLE and Francis isnt that great either..Playing on COORS i can see this over hitting by the 3rd 4ht inning...

THE HUMIDOR isnt want it use to be....WELLS is off his best start of year and Francis has put together a few good ones. Im on ST LOUIS as a big dog. Rockies dont play .500 ball at home and CARDShave had there number in recent meetings. Just think they got a 50 50 shot here and im getting +150

Francis has been pitching very well as of late. Wells had held pitt. to 2 runs, 5 hits over 7 inn. in last outing a 5-3 W.
