Playoffs YTD: 3-5 -1.6 units
2* 2-1 +1.8 units
1* 1-4 -3.4 units
1* Cavs -3
(This is the prevailing line when I first posted the play yesterday; I still think it's playable up to -4.) Lebron has something to prove and has a chip on his shoulder because of media bum raps. If Donyell Marshall makes a wide open three or Larry Hughes knocks down a wide open two or the refs call an obvious foul (game 2), not only is nobody on the poor guy's case, the Cavs are up 2-0. They played way too well in Detroit to lose both games and get major payback here. Look for a big game from James but also his supporting cast which hasn't been so supporting so far. (NOTE: If you think the points are too high, a legitimate approach is to play the money line and lay the 170 or so. It is very likely Cleveland wins straight up just as Utah did in a similar spot Saturday.)
