Score in 1st Inning -yes/no

Do any of you guys play this bet? At first it seemed more like a prop bet, but watching it the last couple weeks there appears to be a trend to at least one run being scored in the 1st innings of most games.

I would look at whose pitching and how they fair in the first inning.

I used to try to play this prop a lot. Some days with a few day games and a few night games I would look for trends. You can do it Saturdays too. Some days no one score in the first and some days everyone does. There is no way to really make any money off it, it is pure luck.

this is a quick way to win money and at the same time lose money.

i used to play this a lot.. and when i do, 90% of the time, i would play the "NO runs in the 1st"...

basically i just look at the pitchers and the leadoffs (particularly those who love to steal) and the 3rd hitter. some teams put their 'clean up' hitter at 3rd.

i think 5inning games are more safe to play. if you like the starting pitcher but dont like the bullpen, the 5th inning play is perfect.
