If A Game Is Shortened Due To Weather......what Are The Rules On Totals And Run Lines.......i Think They Are No Action But Just Want Confirmed

Total and Runline Betting
When betting on total runs (over/under) or runlines the game must go to 9 innings (8 ½ if the home team is ahead) to have 'action' (unless the total is already over then all bets stand).
do rules vary or is this the STANDARD RULE???
