Wrigley Wind Is Blowing Out

i see the total at 11- and 12......this is due to a srong wind blowing out . Cubs have a powerful lineup and ST lousi has some pop.....with a wind like this ill play the CUBS at +130 and the OVER.....if the CUBS put up 6 i got a guaranteed split. Miller is not in good form , but on days like this when rountine flies can blow over....im with the dog and the powerful cib sluggers
