I also offer a ton more points in my trades than i ask for in return from people and they still reject it.

There have been times when i ask myself what i'm thinking when a give up a bunch more points than i'm getting and i question if i'm making a big mistake ... And the trades still get rejected. I know i've offered plenty of 2 for 1 trades that would help the team i'm trading with but they don't see it that way i guess!

Yeah, but his outfielder has a total of 5 points so far this year. Penny has 34 points and Griffey has 36. What is wrong with that trade?

If you are trying to trade for a pitcher, trading equal points in a positional player will never get it done. Positional points are easier to find. You need to give up alot more than that imo to get a pitcher. I've been offering a pitcher and a position player totalling about 78 points to a bunch of people and asking for one starter in return that has 30-40 points and those are still getting shot down. If i was in some of their shoes, i might take the +30/40 points and make use of the 2 players but nobody does.

I see your point, and agree. More points should be given for a pitcher. I didn't do it in my last trade cause I believed that he need a good outfielder. I mean his current one only has 5 total points so far.

I hear ya' jimmy but he can go get a free agent OF with 35-40 points and give nothing major up. He certainly won't give up Penny for that 30-40 point OF.

I give up 2 for 1 to clear a spot for a guy i have on the DL. Trust me, it's not giving up 2 for 1 that gets it vetoed. It's me being near the top and others afraid i'm going to get better.
