Bad start to the day yesterday but we earn a 3-3 split and only lose a little bit. Wow wish I could have predicted a no-no for Buerhle instead of just Millwood pitching less than stellar, but I'll take the 1 unit any day.

Reds - Arroyo -135 I locked this in last night as I made my guy give me an overnight line. It has since risen to -141 and I think it can go back up to -150 or so like when it opened. Bronson has not pitched like he can for an entire game yet. The light hitting Astros just might be the perfect candidate to finally pitch a complete game, whether it be 7 innings or 9, just so long as he pitches.
Giants - Lowry +100 The Cardinals are having a very bad start to the year and it looks like anywhere but home is the answer. The problem is they are very bad against left handed pitchers. Lowry looks like two kinds of pitchers - a young stud or a young dud. There does not seem to be too much of a middle area with him. Today he looks like the young stud and turns in a nice 6 innings of 2 run ball and the Giants offense puts up 5 off Kip Wells for the win.

Padres / Diamondbacks Uner 7.5 Two very long games for the Padres and a long one last night for Arizona. Peavy is the kind of guy who can go 8 strong for San Diego. All we need is Livan to keep the tired Pads offense at bay.

Parlay Brewers(Suppan) / Nationals(Patterson) This is just a looking at the lines and seeing two I liked play. Truly a gut feeling, no analysis done whatsoever. Take it for what its worth.
