Went 1-1 winning with the Twins and losing on the Ducks. Betting this one early as I think wrong team is favored:

Memphis +2.5 for 2 units - This is a must lose game for the Wolves as they need to have their 1st round pick in the top 10 or it goes to the Clippers. Memphis already has the worst record locked up and can play to win. Look for the Wolves to keep tanking like they have done the last 6 games. Memphis has actually won their last 2 games, Wolves will play their rookies a lot and have Mark Madsen pump up 3s like last year (went 0-7 on threes during last game of the year, they were the only 3s attempted by him all year).

Kind of, due to the briliant trade by McHale getting Marko Jaric for Sam Cassell and a future #1 pick. If the Wolves win, they could be the 10th worst team, but if someone below them gets lucky with the ping-pong balls, they would leapfrog the Wolves and the pick goes to the Clippers. I usually only bet 1 unit per game and sometimes will bet 2 units. I am going to make this a 3 unit bet as I added more on Memphis when Bodog came out with their lines finally at +2.5. This will be my 1st (and probably only) 3 unit bet in the NBA this year so it's my biggest NBA bet this year. Being from Minnesota, I love this bet and watched the Wolves tank the season as they sat Garnett down for the year with another fake injury. The Wolves know what is at stake tonight as they are way over the salary cap and have many bad long term deals so they can only have the mid level exeption to sign someone. Without that 1st round pick, they have no chance to improve next year and will probably have to trade Garnett sometime next year. A lot of season tickets holders are pissed and many probably will not renew. They are desparate as they ran a special promotion were you can buy next year season tickets in the lower level for $20 each game. This is 1/3 of the cost of face value, they did this to get more season ticket holders as they know getting renewals will be hard. Anyways, this is gambling and this pick can lose so let's hope this pick can hit and I along with others here can have a great night!! Good luck everyone!!
