Bad bad day yesterday as I feel we were on the right side with Boston, but their bats just forgot to show up. Dice-K gives up 3 hits and fans 10 while getting the loss. In my book that just stinks. Onto today though.

Tampa Bay - Kazmir -110 Tampa Bay has outhit and outplayed Baltimore in this series so far. The bullpen blew the first game in which I was on Baltimore. The pen held down the second game in which I was on Tampa Bay. I feel like I have a good read on Baltimore right now and tonight those bats just get worn down. 9-7 first game, 6-4 second game..... 3-1 this game?? That would be the trend and is also why I am on the under in this game.

Tampa Bay / Baltimore Under 9 -125 My guy has it at 8.5 which is why this is a 2 unit play. I bought the half a run as I am seeing it at 8 in most places. Now we need another 6-4 game to screw us here. Don't think that will happen again.

Diamondbacks - Webb -110 I will take Webb at -110 almost any time I can get him. The guy is the reigning Cy Young winner in the NL, come on now! San Diego had a very long game yesterday in which they used every player and every relief pitcher they had in sealing their win. I look for a tired group of pitchers to show up today for the Pads.

GL X-Man.....It's hard to go with that Tampa under, especially with the way those boys love to hit and run.

I learned the hard way at a roulette table in Las Vegas not to bet against a trend, but bet with it. To me there are two trends you can look at.

1. Baltimore and Tampa Bay have been hitting the crap out of the ball for almost a week now.

2. The score went from 9-7 first game, to 6-4 second game. If you follow that trend we are looking at a 3-1 game tonight. Every hot streak has to come to an end and no better way to end it than with solid starting pitching. Both pens have not been too overworked so far only pitching a couple innings each game.

I just see a low scoring game here tonight and the starters being in control from the get go. Both pitchers faced each other last year in Tampa Bay to a 4-1 finish if I am not mistaken. I see the same thing happening here tonight.
