Just a reminder that even though we can't use Pinnacle, we can still get 1 run lines.
Simply bet .5 units on the run line (-1.5) and another .5 units on the ML. This will essentially create your team -1. And often times, becaue of the money on the run line, if the team wins by one you still get some money. Its not a perfect science, but its better than nothing.
For example, to lay -1 with the Astros today-
Astros ML -160 Risk 80 to win 50
Astros -1.5 Risk 37 to win 50
You have basically now played Astros -1 -117. (and if they win by 1, you still win $13)
I don't know how close to the true odds of laying 1 run are, but it is useful to those who want to do so and have no other option.
