Spark,
On a -150 ml play...to get a one unit -1 RL play put a bet to win 1/2 unit ML and then risk 1/2 unit on the -1.5 RL.
Example: Say the -1.5 RL is +150. If you play $100 units, bet:
75 to win 50 (1/2 unit) on the ml.
50 (1/2 unit) to win 75 on the -1.5 RL
Those odds in the example may be a little off, but the net result in the sample wager would be a -1 bet at +100, risking a total of 125 to win a total of 125. If your team wins by one it's a push, just like if you had placed an actual -1 bet and the team wins by 1. You can adjust your wager a little to get to the actual 100/100 bet, but I didn't want to do the math in the example.
Thanks Guys ... I do appreciate the help with the -1 run line ...
