  • 2007 Masters....

....any of you golf experts have any hot inside information???? I saw Tiger @ +150...that is some pretty crappy odds for picking the winner of a major. Then again he does kick ass!! Looking for 2 possible winners....thanks in advance for the help!
    $100/unit

    They are all booger eaters!!!

No inside information, and anyone that tells you anyone other than Tiger and Phil are the two favorites is out of their mind, but I would consider all of the following longshots as having a little better chances than the odds would suggest:

    Scott +2500
    Ogilvy +2800
    Casey +4500
    C. Campbell +10000

There's been a lot of talk about Henrik Stenson, but I don't really see it. I think Casey or Luke Donald has the best chance of the Euros.
    Records:

    NCAA Hoops (38-34-2, +4.59*)
    NFL Sides (34-25, +12.15*)
    NFL Totals (18-14-1, +8.23*)
    NCAA Foots Plays (65-48-4, +21.47*)
    NBA Plays (4-1-0, +5.92*)

Charles Howell is from Atlanta and his game is coming together after a few years on the tour. In the last month and a half he's won a tournament and had 2 2d place finishes. Of course, he didn't make the cut at Augusta last year. I think he's a good dark horse, though.

Besides Tiger I think some decent payouts are well within reach. To win I like:Vijay Singh 14/1 Retief Goosen 25/1 and Chris Dimarco 40/1.I also like to lead after the first round Chris Dimarco 40/1 and Mike Wier 80/1.Most of the time the big dogs at the masters play safe early and then let loose on the weekend.I think Mike Wier lets it all hang out Thursday and has a chance to lead.Good luck
