There indeed is a cutoff, and it's -154 and less....When it hits -155 or better, we consider it hi-line and no play.....

They were all informed of that, and yet some throw out the hi-liners, and we cull em....They can still count it on their record if the want, but we don't consider em in our tally.....kapt
