PHILADELPHIA (-7) 97 Phoenix 86
The Suns won their first road game of the year (also their first spread win on the road) on Wednesday night while the 76ers lost their first home game of the season. I’ll look for things to return to normal tonight, as Phoenix is just 9-23 ATS in their last 32 road games (1-8 ATS this season) and only 7-25 ATS on the road after a road victory, including 0-10 ATS more recently. Philadelphia, meanwhile, is 7-3-1 ATS in their 11 home games this season and my home-road ratings favor the Sixers by 11 ½ points in this game. All purpose forward Aaron McKie is expected to miss tonight’s game with the flu and Derrick Coleman is doubtful, so I will just lean with Philadelphia tonight even though I’d still favor Philly by 10 ½ points even with those two players out.
