There's so much scoring it's ridiculous!!!!!!!

My rating system is as follows:
1-10 units on plays typically
20+ on extremely hot picks, goy, etc. (VERY rare)

These 2 teams are scoring machines. They don't even bother playing defense, it's all about scoring in the shortest amount of time. If the shot clock was only 12 seconds it wouldn't effect the way these teams play. -
Yes, typically that is the case. They scored 233 and 206 when they played each other this year. Pho has started to play a little def lately. Also, they have clinched, so it's not AS important to them. Hence, I took the under on a small play.My rating system is as follows:
