WVU almost looks too easy here. I really thought they'd be pk, if not favored, in this game.
          Records:

          NCAA Hoops (38-34-2, +4.59*)
          NFL Sides (34-25, +12.15*)
          NFL Totals (18-14-1, +8.23*)
          NCAA Foots Plays (65-48-4, +21.47*)
          NBA Plays (4-1-0, +5.92*)

Literally the ONLY thing that concerns me with WVU is that Clemson just faced basically the same offense in AFA. Of course there are wrinkles in both offenses, but the backcourt/motion/3-point shooting principles are inherent to both offenses. Of course, they've never faced the 1-3-1, which I've always contended is even more difficult to prepare for on short rest. And there's no way I can pass up Beilein (a top-10 coach) against Purnell (garbage).

The fact Clemson can't hit a FT for the life of them would scare the hell out of me taking them.

Also, does anyone have an opinion on the crowd? I'm assuming a Big East crowd that fell in love with that last minute shot the other night will be fully behind them. Don't you think?

Agree with Wayne on the Clem FT shooting. Even if WVU is well behind late, you will still have a chance to catch them with those bricklayers at the line - AF almost did on Tues.

I think clemson does it here. ACC teams will be NIT champs 3 years in a row

USC hasn't been in the ACC for awhile. Nevertheless, I think the NIT trophy leaves the Palmetto state and travels to the mountains.
