I could very easily post GOY on either of these plays, as I feel strongly about them. And after last night, I put a nice piece of change on both. These are my opinions and you can take them any way you like. I also have both these teams winning on my pools.
GEORGETOWN-1
OHIO ST lost to NC early in a game that Oden Watched. Lost to Wisconsin and was BLOWNOUT by 26 to Florida.
In the Tourney, They beat Cent Uconn, and barely escaped Xavier and Tenn and beat Memphis, who had some injuries and we really knew nothing about since they didn't play anyone all year.
Both Ohio St and GTown have showed that they can play fast pace in their last few games, but for some reason, I see them slowing this down a bit more and look to pass the rock to the open man.
Ohio St will play a lot of zone defense in this game, but GTown will go inside to Hibbert and Ewing and force Oden to stop them. As Ohio St will go inside and force Hibbert to stop them.
Ohio St will shot alot of 3's as did NC against Gtown.
The #1 question for me that I haven't been able to find an answer is, How will stop Jeff Green? The answer is simple, NO-ONE CAN.
OhioSt is a very young team and when they go cold shooting just like they did in their few games, Gtown will be ready to take the lead and never look back.
With that being said I see OST throwing up many 3's in this game, but when the clock strikes 0, GTOWN will be the winner.
FLORIDA-3
Having watched every UCLA game this year, I know their strengths and weaknesses. After losing to Cal in the first game of their playoffs, showed me that they don't have it takes to win here.
Sure they beat Weber St, but barely got by Indiana and Pitt. The Pitt game was close and I knew Pitt would get beat at the foul line at the end of the game. Pitt could only go as far as Aaron Gray could take them.
Afflalo and Collison are solid, but UCLA is a very young team with 0 Seniors and only 3 Jr's, and will make a lot of mistakes in this game.
Florida will take control of this game with Hortford and Noah inside. Humphrey, Brewer and Green wil force turnovers and the Defending Champs will prevail.
