Hoyas to win it all, Hedge???

I'm in a bracket pool, with 1st prize about $1200. I've gotten myself into the position where the Hoyas win it all, I win, simple as that.

Question is do I start hedging now? With the OSU/GT game near pick em, do I lay some off on the Buckeyes? How much?

If they manage to get past the Buckseyes, how much do I lay off then? I guess the only tricky part is that I could lose both with the Bucks being -1.5. I also assume they will be a 3 or 4 point dog to the Gators.

and i would also buy a point or 1 1/2 or else play the ml

Question, how much do you have in the Pool....If it's a minimum amt, then let er ride.......

Geotown odds of winning it all, 1-4......OSU playing tough, and even if they beat OSU, then they got to win another one....UCLA or Fla....both nasty teams.....

RPI ratings have Geotown below the others....their SOS is below OSU, and UCLA, but considerably better than Fla....

Take whatever it cost you for the Pool, and wager it on OSU....you would then have bought yourself another chance to hedge, If Geo Town should win....If they lose, you're dead even.....

If the pool is about 20-50 dollars, I would let er ride.......even 100.00....thats good investment odds......we are gamblers....or, you could hedge, maybe twice........depends on your need for bankroll $'s....If you can afford it, let er ride....kapt

Thanks guys. Entry into the pool is only $25, and there are about 85 people in the pool. With first place of $1200, I was thinking of laying a hundred on OSU. If the Hoyas win, I'd put another hundred on whoever they play in the championship. If the Hoyas win it all, that still leaves a grand.

Yeah, the only issue could be if Florida and Hoyas both win, Florida is probably what...........a 3 point favorite? So what is that on the ML.......-140?? Makes the hedge a little tougher.
