AF/Georgia NIT Selection

I finished the season a decent 12-7 on AF game picks, and if you've paid attention at all, you know about 3 of those 19 picks were actually on AF. Well, now that we're in the postseason, I'm not changing my tune . AF should not be laying 6 1/2 pts tonight to Georgia. Yes, they may prove me wrong and come out hitting their 3s, but it's been a long time since that happened so I have to go with the way more athletic/talented UGA squad. AF may be one of the few NIT teams that actually feels honored to be in this tournament, but that doesn't necessarily equal > 40% from 3-land. GL if you fade/follow!!!

P.S. I haven't done all the research necessary to make a sound pick on the UNLV/Oregon Sweet 16 match-up, but at this point, I'm leaning towards Oregon due to the small number. I hope some of you cashed with this team vs. GT and Wisky as I sure as hell did!

BOL Jimmy, but I've got to tell you, I'm on AFA here (I did get 4.5, so hopefully it hits in between) and I would be shocked if they didn't hit 40%. UGA's perimeter defense has been awful lately (Fresno and UF both had open looks all night), and I think the failure of AFA to make threes will end tonight.

I don't get that line at all. I mean, the DePaul win tonight was impressive, and Wainwright is a great coach, but they have been awful on the road all year. There is no reason that AFA shouldn't be -2 or 3 here. If you want AFA, I'd recommend playing it ASAP.
