First negative day in some time on Wednesday. Broke even on wins at 4-4-1 but lost big with Arizona on the R/L AND a parlay. My fault. I should know (NO) better losing the 5 start with the White Sox who won. -3.7Units down for the the day....bleechhhhhh

The Royals should have a dose of pitching reality tonight...reasoning is:
Abbott couldn't handle the Twins or the Dome when he was healthy!!
Paul Abbott (0-0, 11.17 ERA). Abbott makes his fourth appearance since being acquired from Arizona on Aug. 8. The right-hander made one start and two relief appearances, and wasn't impressive in any of them. He has yielded 13 runs, 17 hits and four homers in just 9 2-3 innings. Abbott is 4-2 in 11 games, including six starts, against Minnesota.
TWINS PROBABLE STARTER: Rogers (10-6, 4.70 ERA). Rogers has won two straight starts and is 2-1 with a 1.64 ERA in his last three outings. The veteran left-hander is 1-2 with a 5.33 ERA in four starts against the Royals this season and 13-12 with a 3.80 ERA lifetime against them.

I like Penny in this spot as he has owned this team. Note:
Penny hasn't allowed an earned run in his last three starts against Colorado, and is 3-1 against the Rockies with a 1.30 ERA in five career starts.
BUT HASN'T DONE ANY OF THIS THIS YEAR OR AT COORS!
Two of his last road outings were ATL and MIL and gave up 5 runs to both and never saw the 7th inning..SSSOOOOO Go small
