What's so impressive to me about him is that with an overall game like his, he also shoots 80%+ from the FT line. You just don't see that anymore, which is a crime as far as i'm concerned.

He is just sick... Didn't have that stellar a game tonight, but still plopped down 27 pts... anyway, I am a huge Texas fan, so I may be a little bias, but oh well... not even a die hard Sooner fan can dispute that!

He is easily college POY. What is really amazing, and telling, is how much he improves , from one game to the next.
The sky is the limit. Comparisons to Bird, Magic, KG do not do justice, as he is a different cat.
Ball handling, shot blocking, rebounding, scoring, 3 point range, passing even---- has there been a Durant before this?
The most impressive thing he could show me at this point is to pass up the sure EZ $$$ in next draft and stay one more yr in college, like the Gators from last year and Matt Leinart a year earlier.
The kid will make more money than he can spend either way, with the risk of injury the only deterrent, and those college years you can never get back. Maybe a Lloyd's policy is the key to another year as a collegian.
And believe me, as a Horn Hater, I would much prefer him grabbing the cash now, but in reality it would be nice to see another year in the ranks of D1You can't always get what you want, but if you try some time, you might find, you get what you need.Comment

I love this kid and his style of play.. I dont care what anyone says about him he will be GREAT at the next level.. I would love to see him come back for one more year and get a little bulked up.. His body style reminds me so much of Garnett it isnt funny.. I will watch Texas everytime they are on tv just to see him play.. I may not be saying this when and IF they play my Heels but that will be the only time i will be rooting against him.. Dude is great and there is no question in my mind that he should be National Player Of The Year..Comment

He'll go to the Pros----they'll beef him up, strenghten him up, he'll learn more, and IMO, you haven't seen what this young man can do yet.......He is a highly gifted athlete........I have to rack my memory banks to remember a FRESH MAN that showed me so much ability.......
When it's over and done, His NCAA and NBA career, IMO, he'll go down as one of the best........
What's to Hate about this........His team..... RELIES ON HIM, EXPECTS HIM TO SHOOT, AND PULL HIS MINI (MANY) MIRACLES ON THE COURT...........AND HE DOES.........He's not selfish, just following the Coaches game plans, and carrying his team.......kapt
