This Oregon team is smoking hot right now and Miami Ohio has a really hard time scoring themselves at times. Let's face it, a miracle banked shot got them here and 50-60 points will not get them within 15 of Oregon. Usc wanted to slow the Ducks down last week too and couldn't. Miami has NO DEPTH either. That will hurt. Also, as mentioned by BW, this should be somewhat of a home game for the Ducks!
If I knew that Miami would score 60 points, Miami would be the biggest bet of my life, and Miami ML would be the second biggest.
USC doesn't try to slow teams down.

I think Oregon is better than people think, they won at Georgetown, beat UCLA, beat Washinton St. twice. They're a close 2nd in the Pac 10.

Miami is ranked 319th in the country in ppg. Yes, they are 10th in defense but Oregon is 40th in offense.
The number 319 is glaring here and shouldn't be over looked. Miami also is at a big rebounding disadvantage too. Oregon could go deep in this tourney cuz they are loaded with talent and they should blow Miami out by at least 15 (IMO).
That's what I'm saying Wayne. I like Miami to stay within the number, but if Oregon covers, it will be with their defense/Miami's lack of offense, not by winning a 75-60 type game.
Actually, here are my bets on the game:
3 - Miami +9.5
1 - Oregon -7.5
1 - Under 122.5

Yea' ... I think it is one of those type of games though. I'm thinking something like 74-56 Oregon.
