What I'm hearing is that Charles Thomas WILL PLAY, though there are concerns about his effectiveness.
I don't think the line is as much of a trap as we might think - Arkansas is from the more glamorous conference, and they just made a run in the SEC tournament, while USC was just embarassed on national TV by Oregon - nor do I feel there is any real value in either side. My line was USC -2.5, and at this number, I just don't see any reason to play either side.

There are a chosen few that feel that Ark matches up well with USC. I personally believe, however, that the SEC was down this year in talent. If Charles Thomas plays and I believe he will--- 18 points and 18 rebounds in his last tourney game (prior to Fla) is a tough stat not to see. That's a load to bet against. Seeing these boys cry prior to the end of the game with Florida- shows their heart. Missing the big lad in the big game with Florida-- priceless! If you must bet USC- here's a little hint for you- Take USC in the first half- they have a definite value in the first half. I am not posting in the Madness- but that is one I would post!
This is one of two sides I bet on my own today and made what was a very difficult day much easier to swallow (basically lost what I won on Thursday).
I used very simple log on this one...Arkansas should not even have been in the tourney and USC had been playing very well. Then again, simple logic has cost me a fortune in my betting career.
I hammered this and FLA 2H, especially once Oregon and Zona failed to bring home the bacon.
