Legitimate concern, and I am probably one of the unknowns.

I think Wayne has a good handle on the participants.

Other than forfeiting their rights to post on the site, I can't think of any other way to prevent someone from not paying.

Handshakes used to go a long way, and I have a feeling that applies here.
