The NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series may have arrived at its first off week, but a number of drivers will continue doing what they do best this weekend — racing. The NASCAR Busch Series returns to the road course in Mexico City for the third consecutive season on Sunday, and nine NASCAR NEXTEL Cup drivers plan to participate.
The group includes the event's defending winner — Denny Hamlin.
Carl Edwards, Dave Blaney, J.J. Yeley, David Gilliland and Greg Biffle also will race in Mexico City.
Three Raybestos Rookie of the Year candidates plan to participate — Roush Fenway Racing's David Ragan, Chip Ganassi Racing's Juan Pablo Montoya and Michael Waltrip Racing's David Reutimann.
