The Kansas State Wildcats are walking into a buzzsaw when they take the floor tonight at Gallagher Iba Arena. Needing a win badly to keep their NCAA hopes alive and losers of two in a row at home, Sean Sutton will have his team focused and fired up for a big win in front of the home crowd. Although terrible ATS this year, the Cowboys are 13-2 in home hames. Bob Huggins Wildcats are just 7-7 on the road this year with some bad defeats namely @ New Mexico and a 30 point loss @ California. Kansas State just needs 1 more win to secure a first round bye in the Big 12 tournament and I think they are looking ahead to Saturday for that win when the Sooners visit the Little Apple. OSU big tonight 81-64

San Diego State is the hottest team in the Mountain West right now winning 7 of their last 8 games and 20-8 overall. Utah on the other hand has lost 5 out of their last 8 in route to a 10-17 record. This team hasn't quit though as shown in their last tilt vs New Mexico this weekend where they found themselves down 10 but battled back to win in double OT. I'm sorry Vegas, I'm not taking the bait here. Utah 69-66

Another fishy line here as Michigan State has been playing great ball as of late with a 4 game winning streak that began with them beating Michigan at home by 15. Not so fast my friend as this Spartan team has been absolutely horrid on the road racking up an impressive 1-7 record away from East Lansing. Michigan on the other hand has an impressive 16-2 mark at home and needs this win badly to get to the all important 20 win mark needed for an NCAA berth. They will need to get that win tonight as the top ranked Buckeyes visit Ann Arbor on Saturday. Michigan 62-57

Florida has lost 2 in a row on the road and now people are questioning their surpremacy in the SEC. I think they come out tonight and prove all the doubters wrong. Would be a bigger play for me, but I have to respect Tennessee's undefeated mark of 15-0 at home this year. Florida 88-81
