FRANK DO YOU HAVE ANY HISTORICAL DATA ABOUT HOW TEAMS PERFORM AFTER THE ALL STAR BREAK? The Tuesday after the all star break last year, all 10 NBA games went UNDER the posted total. Do teams come out flat after the lay off or again, simply a fluke?
