I actually haven't had 1 damn drink tonight. I went and bought a bottle of crown special reserve, but haven't even taken it out of the box.

My son got a bottle of crown special reserve for Christmas. I honestly can't tell the difference between that and the regular crown. Have you tried Jack Daniels single-barrel? Now that's a cut above imo.

I don't know if it would be any different in a mixed drink...but neat or on the rocks, it's very smooth.
