I thought the same thing initially, but after having seen and met Earl Campbell in person, there is nothing wrong with having a life after football. Earl looks run down and can barely walk, really sad, sad state of affairs. Plus, look at all the information coming out about concusssions, suicides, etc... I love football, but it has become a machine where players are not on the same level as of humans. Yes, they get fame and money but at a price. I might make 1/1000th of Tiki's salary, but I know that I can walk tomorrow with no pain.

The guy is smart and has capabilities, let him be and live. That is my two cents...

i'm just glad we don't have to face him 2 or 3 time a year anymore. he was an excellent running back. i am happy he is gone!!!!!!!!
