  • NBA All-Star lines

Is it true that since the events/game is in Las Vegas this year, that there will not be any betting lines?

I personally don't mind since I never bet preseason or exhibitions, but I am sure many of the degenerates are going to be starved for action.
You can't always get what you want, but if you try some time, you might find, you get what you need.

Interesting gramps. I can't imagine that as you can bet on everything now, even the Westminister Dog show. I know part of the stipulation of going to Vegas was that no one could wager on the game in Vegas, but I would expect the offshore books to create something. Who is the NBA kidding?

I'm pretty sure here in Vegas that there will be no lines for the game as that was part of the agreement to get the game here.

You can bet on UNLV games in Vegas.

The rule was at the insistence of the NBA. It said it would only bring the all-star game to Las Vegas is Las Vegas casinos did not book bets on it.

Likewise, Stern has said Las Vegas will only get an NBA franchise if they take no bets on any NBA game.

It used to be that there was a Nevada state law against offering bettin on in-state events, like UNLV games, butthat's been repealed for some time.

One other thing: The Palms does not offer NBA betting as the casinos owners also own the sacramento Kings

That is similar to the RAPTORS here in Canada, we have a local sports betting lottery and it doesn't offer NBA games for wagering in Ontario when the RAPTORS came here.

The other province lotteries DO however offer NBA wagering!?!
SOBER SINCE MARCH 28TH OF 2007!!!
