No chicks are not usually bar backs but could be if they're built like your sister or wife. A bar back by way of Webster's Dictionary is a person who usually carries the kegs to and fro the bar area and sometimes cleans the bar area when there is a mess.

I take that statement as an insult, especially from a new member.....give it a chance....earn the respect you feel you deserve, and you'll get plenty in return......
