There was NO WAY they were going to reverse that hours later. It simply has never happened and they would have looked worse.

It'll happen one of these days, not trying to be negative, but I can't even imagine what kind of crap is going on behind close doors. A lot of these players from places like Compton, have a gang like the bloods or crips take them under their wing and protect them when they're youngsters, and then when become stars they have to give back. Darrent Williams was throwing up gang signs on the sidelines, and then he got shot.

Considering Artest was suspended for going up into the stands last season, I hate to see heaven forbid what Stern would hand out for a "suspension" if a player brought/fired a weapon.

Seriously, and although I may be in minority, I feel its too bad Stern cannot be impeached.
He treats the players like babies/third graders and dictates/imposes his own outmoded dress codes and doesn't allow freedom of speech(ask Marc Cuban).
Doesn't the dolt realize basketball like hockey is a contact sport, and that sometimes players do lose their tempers!
In his own way Stern in a dictator;he should let the boys be boys and stop meddling!
