I didn't have a GOY in the NBA last year because i didn't see any that i liked enough to do so. I had a CBB and NFL "GOY" 2 & 3 weeks ago that went (1-1). Sometimes these come in bunches and sometimes they don't. I've only had 31 "GOY" plays in 4+ years here and almost 40,000 posts. I don't throw them out as often as you may think and i do take them very seriously for myself, and others that i know may follow. It has been a rough month but the NBA has been pretty steady all year. Whatever you choose to do, play smart, and play it reasonably!

I really like this spot for the Spurs. They have lost 2 straight to the Lakers and that in itself helped me secure this play. They are starting a long road trip and that should have them very focused right out of the gate. Lamar Odom is back but Luke Walton is now out. I tend to think that Walton is a bigger loss (IMO).
With that said, the Spurs are (15-7) Ats in their last 22 road games and the road team is (7-1) Ats last 8 in this series. The Spurs are (4-1) Ats in their last 5 in L.A. too.
A few dog trends do favor L.A. here too but they are struggling of late at home going (0-4) Ats in their last 4 there. I think the chemistry with Odom back and Walton gone may take a few games to get used to again. The Lakers are also (1-6) Ats in their last 7 following a Ats loss and (0-4) Ats last 4 following a SU loss.
IMO, it's a very solid play to go with and against here.
