      Calgary at Chicago
Calgary has had trouble winning on the road, but not as bad as the Blackhawks have had with just winning lately. The Flames have only seven wins away from the Saddledome, putting them fourth from last in that category. The latest setback was a 2-1 shootout loss at Minnesota on Friday. Chicago is stuck in a 10-game losing streak that has also seen the Blackhawks lose their last eight at home. Their last win at the United Center was on Dec. 26 against Dallas. This looks like a good chance for Calgary to get a much-needed road win according to Dunkel, which has Calgary favored by 2 1/2. Dunkel Pick: Calgary (-1 1/2). Here are all of today's games.

                            Six-Pack for Sunday

Who the hell is Brandt Snedeker? The guy shot freakin' 61 Thursday at Torrey Pines, so we did a little research..........

He was a two-time high school state champ in Tennessee
He was the first Vanderbilt golfer to be an All-American.
He missed five weeks last season, when he tripped over a tree root, and broke his collarbone.
He won two Nationwide Tour events last year, finishing 9th on their money list, despite the broken collarbone.
He won the 2003 US Amateur Public Links Championship
He finished T41 at the '04 Masters, as an amateur.

Bottom line is, there are ton of great golfers out there; here is guy with pretty healthy resume, and I never heard of him before four days ago.

                              Sunday's List of 13:

                              Random Sunday morning thoughts

                              13) Local high school hoop rumor mill has Saratoga standout Jordan Stevens transferring to CBA next year. I am not fan of kids transferring to private schools, especially if the reason is basketball-related. I just don't think it helps the kid much.

                              12) This has nothing to do with basketball, but Fred Funk is winning Senior Tour event at Turtle Bay, which fits, because Funk used to be the golf coach at Maryland (a Terrapin is a turtle). By the way, Nick Price turns 50 today, so he'll be out on the Senior Tour soon.

                              11) The TV timeout rule in college hoop, where they take the TV timeout before free throws are taken, hurts foul shooters. Not a complaint, just an observation.

                              10) Texas Tech didn't score a point for the first 9:40 of second half at Missouri Saturday. That must have been a fun flight back to Lubbock.

                              9) UConn (2-7 in last nine games) is officially a sinking ship after getting whacked at home by Providence.

                              8) No way would I want to be on the selection committee for the NCAAs; not lot of great teams, but lot of good ones. This will be tough year to whittle field down to 65 teams.

                              7) In other words, if you're on bubble, don't be losing the first game in your conference tournament.

                              6) Louisiana-Monroe has played two OT games this season, outscoring its two foes 34-13 in the two extra frames.

                              5) NFL, NASCAR are, by far, two best-marketed sports in the country. Go into a supermarket and see whose faces you see advertising products. NASCAR drivers are most, by far.

                              4) Michigan State trailed 43-23 at half in Columbus Saturday, but wound up with four shots to either tie game or put MSU ahead. None of shots fell, and Spartans lost, but very spunky effort from team that occasionally struggles to score.

                              3) Hard to figure Rice Owls; they're 4-1 in C-USA, doing well, then they go to Tulane and get down 35-12 at half. Weird.

                              2) My favorite player in college hoop this year is Washington State's Kyle Weaver, who fills up boxscores with ease; he is unselfish, doing all the little things to help Wazzu win.

                              1) Toledo, Virginia Commonwealth stayed unbeaten in their leagues. VCU was an underdog in both games this week, but Rams beat Drexel, George Mason. MAC games are never on TV, so hard to tell how good the Rockets are.
