I normally avoid playing against hot teams in the NBA as it is a league of streaks. But I think Dallas is vulnerable here. The Bulls are 18-6 SU at home and might actually be the best team in the east. (Don't laugh; who would you pick in that miserable conference?) In a similar situation ten days ago, the Bulls played San Antonio at home and won decisively. (I played this game earlier at +5 but it has dropped to +4 1/2 at most places so I'm buying the 1/2 point for the purpose of my record as I don't believe in posting lines others can't bet. I think it's good value all the way down to +2 1/2.)
