    Six-Pack for Wednesday

-- Missouri State has player named Blake Ahearn who makes 48% of his 3's (56-116), 94.4% of his foul shots (94.4%). He is the best college shooter in America.

-- Oakland Raiders have nine players older than their new coach, 31-year old Lane Kiffin.

-- 12 of the 31 current NFL coaches are 45 years of age or younger.

-- Cubs gave Notre Dame WR Jeff Samazdzija $10M for five years to play baseball and shun the NFL; he has to give back $2.5M if he goes to the NFL within five years, but one baseball person said since he hasn't thrown more than 80 innings in a season yet, he is likely more than five years away from the big leagues.

-- Arizona Cardinals won a playoff game more recently than the Cowboys.

-- Iona lost in overtime again Tuesday; in last four games, the 0-19 Gaels have a one-point loss, and three OT losses.
