    Not sure how they would know if you were sending money overseas to gambling sites. Using western union and moneygram it does not go to the book direct. It goes to a name of a person.

    Is the Government going to prosecute millions of USA citizens? I mean shit most States have lotteries=gambling

    A lot have horse racing = gambling
    A lot have dog racing = gambling
    Many Casinos = gambling
    Vegas = gambling

    Only difference is Government is getting their full share with the offshore sites.

          Hi Vonwater

          Gambling overseas is not illegal where it is allowed, providing you are physically there to do it, or on cruise ships outside the territorial waters of the U.S (20 miles).....To put it simply,as of now, by you being HERE, and the gaming sites being THERE= a no go....By `Govt.`you should mean the US Treasury, or other such agencies that want to control your pocketbook....I do not have an exact figure, but it is estimated this untaxed so-called `underground economy` costs the US government in the billions of dollars yearly...and then, you have no idea (through your losses, or juice) who or what you are funding, and these are things the US needs to know...
