I don't mean to say it again, but guys if you take action, don't publicly admit it in an open forum.
Say something like "I know for a fact that the local here is getting pounded with New Orleans", but don't say/admit YOU are the local.
Remember with the all of the recent laws trying to outlaw gambling, it is certainly within the realm of possibility that folks unbeknownst to you with sinister ideas may be reading these forums.
I am merely saying in effect that in this instance it is better to err on the side of caution.
ps Just ask yourselves why do ticket scalpers ask to prospective customers "Is anyone SELLING tickets?" Same thing here.
Also, don't forget that in this day and age, ANYTHING can be traced to the sender on the internet.
Going Back to Scalpers, if i get this correctly
"You are allowed to buy tickets, but are not allowed to sell tickets to these same people that are allowed to buy them"
you are probably right was just trying to help everyone out.
I know you are, but I am just looking out for your best interests.
I am 62 years old, and over my life, I have seen many people get caught at something for which they thought it was virtually impossible.
With assholes out there, who have effectively forced many offshores to close their doors to US customers, who knows
what they have up their sleeves next!
"You are allowed to buy tickets, but are not allowed to sell tickets to these same people that are allowed to buy them"
Chung-I know at very least the same time I went to Fenway a few years back, I saw/heard a number of folks in the streets who were obviously scalpers using the line, meaning that THEY had tickets to sell, but had to disguise it by asking if someone else had tickets to sell.
I don't know if above gets around legality issue, but somehow at least then it seemed to work, as the scalpers were not arreted.
