          Atlanta at Charlotte
The Bobcats have been hit by the injury bug that has sidelined Raymond Felton (ankle), Primoz Brezec (back), Sean May (knee) and Brevin Knight (abdominal). However that didn't slow them down last night as they beat the Hawks by 21 (96-75) in Atlanta. Emeka Okafor (22 points, 13 rebounds) and Gerald Wallace (18 points, 15 rebounds) more than made up for the absences as Charlotte dominated the boards (47-31) and held the Hawks to 40.5 percent shooting from the field. The two teams meet again today in Charlotte and the Bobcats look like a good pick to cover the Vegas line (-2) according to Dunkel, which has Charlotte favored by 12. Dunkel Pick: Charlotte (-2). Here are all of today's games.

            Tampa Bay at Carolina
The Lightning are coming off a 3-2 shootout win at New Jersey in which Martin St. Louis tied a team record by recording a point his 13th straight game. St. Louis was helped by Brad Richards, who scored two goals including the lone tally in the shootout as Tampa Bay won for the sixth time in seven games. Timely scoring wasn't there for the Hurricanes on Thursday as they dropped a 5-2 decision to lower-rated Washington. It was Carolina's second defeat in three games. The Hurricanes have dominated the series recently at RBC Center, winning the last four, but the Lightning look like a good underdog pick today according to Dunkel, which has Tampa Bay favored straight up by 1/2 a goal. Dunkel Pick: Tampa Bay (+1 1/2). Here are all of today's games.

                    Conference Championship Games

Saints @ Bears-- I think this game defies typical handicapping practices; Brees played at Purdue, so he has played in weather like this. Saints are incredibly diverse on offense and there is a chance they get Horn back, to boot. Saints have the better QB, coaches are equal, but I think the mental tougness of the Saints and Grossman's inability to handle pressure makes Saints a live underdog in this game. What a party in New Orleans if Saints win their first-ever NFC title!!!!!

Patriots @ Colts-- New England ran ball for 148 yards in Week 9 loss vs Colts, 27-20, turning ball over five times, as Brady had 4 passes picked off, but that was regular season game, and this is AFC title game, stage where Patriots shine brightest. I'd have to question how anyone could give Patriots points in this game, as they're 8-1 on road this season, and also tossing in history of two teams in recent clutch situations. It is now or never for this group of Colts- they finally have game in their house. Thats what the Chargers thought last week, too.

                    .
