Statistically, Rivers had a slightly better year than Brady. I'm surprised the fans, players and coaches chose Rivers over Brady. Brady is one of the more popular players in the league.

Statistically (if thats a word) he had an off year. But look who he has to work with for receivers. Besides his TE's (Watson and Graham) he had Troy Brown and a bunch of rookies and no name free agents. They are coming around now but earlier in the season they were not on the same page. Imagine if Brady had the luxury of throwing to Marvin Harrison & Reggie Wayne. They can make any QB into a Pro Bowler. Not taking anything away from Payton manning. Fuck the Pro Bowl! All I want is another Patriots win in the Super Bowl!
