I think it's the right move.
He has stocked his resume and additional injury could greatly hurt his earning potential.
Interesting guy in the pros, can't pin down who he reminds of, maybe Billy Sims. Big, fast, kind of upright.
Anyone have other thoughts?2006/07 Posted Plays:

I think it's a great move for him. The positives far outweigh the negatives in his situation. He'll be the top RB taken and that translates to at least a top 8 pick imo. He has a daughter he needs to look after financially now and for the future. If he waits til next year, McFadden could be taken in front of him, Mike Hart of Michigan possibly too if he has a big year. That Rice kid from Rutgers, Slaton from WV also. Another injury on the college ranks next year could be devastating to his pro career. While he didn't accomplish all his goals he wanted to achieve while at OU, he had a great career and is one of the best backs ever to go through the program. I wish him nothing but the best in the future.
TCB - other backs he reminds me of, Eric Dickerson to me. Maybe Earl Campbell
