A very bitter day as the Birds cover but fail to win straight up.
Losing Shawn Andrews was a huge blow for the entire 2nd half (as it stood out on the false start on 4th and 10). In the 4th quarter, 2nd and 1 from the 4 yard line falls short and they settle for a FG. Then after converting a 4th and 10 (called back for false start), Andy decides to punt. Everyone knows how that turns out. Oh well, there is always next year. What other team would have finished the way the Eagles did after losing their starting QB? Nobody (except true fans) gave them a shot to even make the playoffs and they ended up winning the division (and padding my pockets).
Enough ranting about last night, today is a new day:

No hoops plays today but my streak went to 8 with Maryland yesterday (Hopefully not the kiss of death!).
