Vancouver at Toronto
Vancouver comes into the contest having won seven of its last eight, including the last three on the road. Injuries to key players like Mike Peca, Darcy Tucker and Kyle Wellwood have caused inconsistent play in Toronto. The Canucks look like a good underdog pick in this one according to Dunkel, which has the Canucks favored straight up by 1/2 a goal. Dunkel Pick: Vancouver (+1 1/2). Here are all of today's games.

Cleveland at LA Clippers
Cleveland had its five-game winning streak snapped by the Suns (109-90) on Friday, but that's nothing new as few teams have come away from Phoenix with a win these days. The Cavs look like a good underdog pick (+2 1/2) in this one according to Dunkel, which has Cleveland favored straight up by 6. Dunkel Pick: Cleveland (+2 1/2). Here are all of today's games.

Six-Pack for Saturday
-- Dolphins, Giants will play regular season game in London next year, part of new plan to do this twice a season.
-- Falcons fired Jim Mora, so Rice loses its football coach, who did such a great job in his first year with the Owls, as the coaching carousel has worked its way down to C-USA. Todd Graham leaves Rice for Tulsa after one season.
-- Portland, Oregon is trying to lure a baseball team to the Pacific Northwest; they are 24th-biggest city in America.
-- Of the 22 teams in the Big 12 and Pac-10, only Arizona, Kansas draw more fans than Creighton of the MVC.
-- Iona is now 0-15; they had chance to upset Manhattan Friday night, but fell apart down the stretch, losing by 10.
-- How on God's Green Earth is Clemson not ranked in the Top 25? They freakin' 17-0; if their jerseys said Duke on the front, they'd be ranked in top five in country.

Saturday's List of 13: Wrapping up the bowl season.......
13) Best bowl: Boise State 43, Oklahoma 42, in OT. They'll be talking about this game for years, as non-BCS team opens up doors for future little guys by pulling out all the stops in big upset over one of college football's bluebloods.
12) Worst bowl: Maryland 24, Purdue 7. If you stayed awake during this whole game, you may have a sleep disorder.
11) Most expensive performance; Troy Smith vs Florida. Now he can go golfing the day of the NFL Draft, and doesn't have to worry about being by phone until Round 2 starts.
10) Groundhog Day performance: LSU 41, Notre Dame 14. In another hideous effort, Irish got drilled again by quality team late in season. What a fraud they are- when was the last time they beat someone good, in a big spot? Please go away.
9) Groundhog Day, part 2: USC 32, Michigan 18. Enough with Wolverines being favored to win a Rose Bowl; they're 2-6 in last eight Rose Bowls vs USC, but they beat ND, 47-21 during the season. Have a nice winter, Lloyd Carr.
8) Worst coaching performance: Arkansas in 17-14 loss to a clearly inferior Wisconsin team. Because family of frosh QB Mustain complained about playing time, they used him in five series, scoring zero points. Meanwhile, McFadden didn't play QB until second half, when they started moving ball. Yuk.
7) Enjoy it while you can: Auburn 17, Nebraska 14. With Nick Saban now in Tuscaloosa, Tommy Tuberville's secretary will be typing up the ol' resume within two years, once Tide beats Auburn, turning the heat back up on the Plains. SEC West is one nasty division.
6) Double duty award: Brian Kelly bolted Central Michigan to go to Cincinnati, but five of his coaches stayed behind and coached Chippewas to bowl win over Middle Tennessee St, then they went to Toronto and helped Bearcats beat Western Michigan. It'll be a while before that feat gets repeated.
5) Just Shut Up Award: Florida State 44, UCLA 27. Bowden wins another bowl, then hired the line coach from West Va, and Jimbo Fisher from LSU, completely upgrading his staff, so all the naysayers in Tallahassee can just shut up.
4) Most bitter defeat:Boston College 25, Navy 24. Middies are prideful bunch that played its heart out, but fumble in its own territory in last 2:00 set up BC's winning field goal.
3) Best bowl team: Boston College is now only team to win its bowl game the last seven seasons. With a new coach, this'll be a tough program to keep at its current high level.
2) Worst coaching move in history of sports award: San Jose led 20-3 with 1:15 left, but took an intentional safety, instead of punting from its end zone; that made it 20-5, but they had to punt to New Mexico, who then scored a TD to cut lead to 20-12. Lobos went offside on onside kick, or they would have gotten the ball wth distinct chance to tie. Horrible coaching.
1) Most costly loss: Minnesota led Texas Tech 38-7 halfway through third quarter, somehow lost game, and Glen Mason is out of a job. It bears mentioning that Mason made Gophers a perennial bowl team, when they had seven sub-.500 years in a row before he got there, but there are luxury suites for the new stadium that need to be sold, so Mason had to go.
