ruland is the coach of iona. i follow the MAAC conference closely as its in my backyard. up here in FBNY. ruland was on our local radio station yesterday and if you've ever heard him he is a firey guy. and he wasnt making no excuses he was pissed off. he said he expects his team to play well vs. manhattan tonight.
