As most of you know, i almost never make statements like this. For 3+ years on BC, i can count on 1 hand the amount of times i have ever made crazy statements or made such strong statements.
The 10* play is to tease ohio state with every other game you like this weekend. If you are a tease player (like wayne and so many others), I would tease ohio state with every upcoming game you can. I have 28 teases with ohio state on the business end and just teased them with 9 more games this weekend, etc.
I dont watch the shows, pay attention to the media but this florida team is decent, no better than 10 other teams. If you want to make yourself think florida has a chance because other BCS upsets, it does not compare to any. Even the tennessee tee martin team beat fsu without chris weinke and started a qb who couldnt throw. Texas was much better than this florida team and chris leak isnt vince young. There is line value with the number 7 because of the past and because these idiots seem to think it matters that ohio state hasnt played in 51 days. All that does is give the better coach more time to prepare. Tressel does not lose to teams unless the opponent is better and there is no way florida is better. I am a michigan fan and the first one to say that yeah, the score was 42-39, but mich was +2 in the TO battle and scored a late TD. The only close game on the scoreboard other than that was illinois game which was 17-3 with less than a minuet left.
Ohio state has destroyed every team all year, from at texas to at iowa, to every big 10 team. Florida has done anything but........LSU dominated florida but turned it over 5 times and fumbled on florida's 1, and their own end zone. South carolina should have beaten them (maybe auburn shouldnt have). Georgia, vandy, fsu, alabama were all close and dont be fooled by what these teams did in their bowl games because you all know that besides this game, who really cares about the bowl game. These teams were not good at the time florida played the, In every game, Florida has had these 'lapses' and the super SEC teams did not capitalize. Do that tonight and they will get hit with a 14-0 run faster than that UNLV basketball team with Larry johnson used to do.
If i didnt like posting here so much, I would almost say that i would retire if i lose but i am not losing. I know this is not bold to come out and say a -280 favorite is going to win and to those that dont know me, I dont make a habit of picking money line favorites but this should look more like usc-oklahoma or florida's last trip to the desert.
I dont like ohio state nor do i dislike florida but if ohio state loses this game, i really dont know anything about sports.
