Dallas at Seattle
While Seattle was able to win home field advantage for its first-round contest with Dallas, the Seahawks hardly resembled the NFC champs of last season down the stretch. Three straight losses, including two at home to San Francisco and San Diego, was interrupted only by a win over hapless Tampa Bay last weekend. That may have gotten Seattle to 9-7 and above the stigma of .500, but it hardly sent a reassuring message to Hawks fans. In fact the Seahawks had only one win this season against a team with a record over .500 and that came in Week 13 against a sliding Broncos. While Dallas backed into the playoffs with two straight losses, the Cowboys did play some of their best football on the road. They won their last three against Atlanta, the Giants and Arizona and would have made it five straight except for a blocked FG and last-second defeat at Washington in Week 9. The Cowboys have had little trouble moving the ball with Tony Romo at QB and should be able to take advantage of a Seahawks defense that had given up at least 20 points in seven straight games before Tampa Bay. Dallas looks like a good underdog pick (+3) in this one according to Dunkel, which has the Cowboys favored straight up by 3 1/2. Dunkel Pick: Dallas (+3). Here are all of this week's games.

Siena at Niagara
Niagara comes into the contest with a three-game winning streak over Holy Cross, LaSalle and St. Peter's. Since the return of leading scorer Charron Fisher, the Purple Eagles have gone 5-1 while Fisher has averaged 20.5 points. Niagara will look for a little payback tonight against Siena, which beat the Purple Eagles without Fisher back on Dec. 6 (81-69). The Saints won't be a pushover, though, and come in with a conference-leading 3-0 record in the MAAC. Center Michael Haddix, who had 26 points in the Saints' win over Canisius (78-60) on Wednesday, had 29 points on 12-of-16 shooting against Niagara in the first game. Siena looks like a good pick getting the points (+6) according to Dunkel, which has Niagara favored by only 2 1/2. Dunkel Pick: Siena (+6). Here are all of today's games.
