Typical thuggery. IMO, we should simply deploy the military and wipe out all the gangs (regardless of ethicity) just like we are attacking the Taliban and Al Queda. Just blow all of them away and get it over with. Fuck the judicial system.

All I was trying to say is that anytime someone makes a statement, either via email, voicemail, textmail, internet, etc., it can and will be traced, as Big Brother watches everything.

And if someone ever says someone should or will die, or implies anyrthing like that, whether joking or not, and it does actually happen, with no arrests imminent, you can bet that law enforcement types will check every angle available for even a hint of a clue. That's what they are paid to do.

I did not mean to infer that the "affluent 30-something Chicago white guy" had any knowledge of the crime. The point I was attempting to make is that you have to be careful what you say and where and when you say it. Try making a joke about a bomb in an airport sometime. That should prove my point.
