He's an excellent recruiter and motivator too. I really hope the rumors of him going to the Cardinals isn't true.

He whould be a fool if he went to the Cardinals or any other NFL team He's been there done that got shit canned for it. It appears he works best with college kids and I dont think NFL players will respond to his upbeat gung ho style over the long haul
