If the Giants blew that game I would have left their D coordinator in Washington. His D schemes are terrible. Washington was marching up and down the field and they don't blitz.

Tom Coughlin lost this team a long time ago and he needs to go, but he's not the only one. There's plenty of players on that roster who need to go as well.

The Giants problem starts with the GM and trickles all the way down. Thank goodness Accorsi is on his way out and I hope Coughlin with him.

Eli needs a QB mechanics guru to work with him to get those damn happy feet settled. The Giants current QB coach is most famous for getting cold cocked by Buddy Ryan.

Even if the Giants had kept the picks, I'm sure Accorsi would've taken 2 other busts with those picks anyway.

Also Gilbride is a very good offensive mind.....waaaaaay better than Hufnagel...When he was a head coach his team put up points.....He recruited me as a DB when he was the head coach of Southern CT State University and his D coordiantor was ex-Syracuse coach Paul Pasquoloni......

Also Manning needs far more work than just his feet. His arm mechanics are terrible and he throws many balls nose down which is inexcusable......He also happens to be one of the most inaccurate passers i have seen recently....and this is a team loaded with weapons so there are no more excuses....Lord knows i made plenty for him....

Quick exit for my Giants....the D is terrible...avg giving up 27 points a game the last 8 weeks....ugh

Instead of firing Coughlin, consider a future bet on the Giants winning the conference. Seriously, who in the NFC has better talent?????

I swear to God I was thinking the same thing..........who in the NFC cant these guys beat? They can line up with anyone and beat them and honestly I think they can line up with anyone in the NFL and I didnt even watch this game.

This team reminds me so much of the Lions teams of the 90s........so much talent yet they always managed to piss away games but on certain days (and their were many) they would line up and whip the best of teams.........this Giants team wouldnt shock me if they get drilled by 30 in the first round or if they won the SuperBowl........they have what it takes.

I fear Seattle the most in the NFC because they have the most tested playoff team but after that its a crap shoot

Clearly they have the talent to beat anyone in the conference, but I would never make a futures bet on a team that has quit on its coach. If you were in NY reading the papers and listening to the radio for the second half of the season, you would agree.

I'm not saying that they won't end up in the Super Bowl. They might. But this coach has to go. They need to bring in a QB coach to try to develop Manning as well. Gilbride did a nice job with the play calling last night (although Washington's defense was horrific), but as QB coach, he'a allowed Manning to regress.

BTW.....all this coming from a Jets fan who is keeping his fingers crossed today.

They were saying the same thing on the NFL network. With their talent ....... on offense no team probably wants to play the Giants. The Giants will face a division opponent. I doubt the Giants fear the Eagles or Cowboys.

But their defense is HORRIBLE.
