As Greek said - the Falcons have fucked me all year but I really do like that line. They are just as apt to throw up a clunker as they are a championship performance, but I think this is a great spot to go against public perception....the Falcons aren't as bad as they seem and Philly isn't as good as they seem...anything over 7 looks good here.

most of you know my feelings about the eagles. That said i think i like the call. This game has let down written all over it. everyone is sucking us off now as if we have won the NFC. we still need this game for the NFC east crown and hopefully andy will have them ready again. I have said all year how i think atlanta is a joke and have called this game a win all year. For me and for you....let's go eagles by 7. GL on the rest of the card

Really gutsie call. Falcons have been inconsistent and downright bad at times. I had Philly picked to go to the NFC Championship game earlier in the season, but then McNabb went down. But Garcia has obviously been getting the job done.

If this were mid-season it would be a solid letdown spot for the Eagles, but having the NFC east title on the line (assuming the Pokes beat Detroit in the early game) gives this home game for Philly a playoff atmosphere of sorts.

With the Eagles being perhaps the hottest team in the NFC under Garcia and the Birds being the letdown they've been, I'm more inclined to think the Eagles keep the ball rolling. It's a pass for me, but Philly would've been my next pick (4th pick) in contest play.
